The Villa is a traditional Andalucían style property, with panoramic sea views, ideally located 500m from the beach on Spain's Costa del Sol,  It is situated in a quiet, private urbanisation, less than 500 meters from Puerto Sotogrande which includes the famous Valderrama Golf Course, it’s one of the most luxurious residential developments in Europe.  Sotogrande Port has many bars, restaurants and boutiques where you can shop, relax, eat and drink, or just take a walk around the harbour admiring the luxury yachts. 

A great choice of local clean sandy family beaches are close by, and the village of Torreguadiario is a stone’s throw away with a good selection of affordable tapas bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the award winning blue flag beach. The lively cosmopolitan towns of Estepona and La Linea are both only a short drive away.

The accommodation comprises of the self contained ground floor annexe of the villa, with an open plan layout, fully furnished with easy to stay clean tiled flooring throughout, a spacious private terrace and garden area to the rear of property overlook the swimming pool with sea and beach views. The pool area is available for the annexe tenants use. The Kitchenette has a breakfast bar area, fridge freezer, microwave oven, hob and kitchen utensils in fact all you will need. Two separate bedrooms sleep 4 adults, one with king size bed and the other has twin beds, a sofa bed in the living area can sleep 2.  All bed linen  and towels are provided. An en-suite shower room with toilet  is adjoining the twin bedroom, UK TV, DVD as well as free wireless internet is installed. Off road parking is available and the property is secured by electric gates.
